Formed in 1968, Rockhampton Pistol Club (RPC) is one of the oldest active pistol clubs in Australia. The club caters to all pistol disciplines and currently has 9 accredited shooting ranges which include an indoor air pistol range and several other 25m and 50m ranges. Rockhampton Pistol Club’s primary aim is to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for people who wish to participate in the fun and exciting sport of pistol shooting.

Rockhampton Pistol Club is sanctioned by Pistol Shooting Queensland (PSQ) and through this association our club offers a wide variety of pistol matches (disciplines), there's something to suit everyone, young or old, new or experienced. Check out the brief video and watch some of the great pistol disciplines we have on offer at RPC as demonstrated by PSQ competitors at a variety of locations accross Queensland.

Set amongst a beautiful bushland backdrop Rockhampton Pistol Club is located only a short 12 minute drive from the CBD of Rockhampton (QLD Australia).The Club warmly welcomes visitors looking to try the sport, age is no barrier to the exhilarating enjoyment of pistol shooting. Under Weapons Act Legislation juniors aged from 11 years can participate and the Club has an 83 year old member who is actively participating and enjoying the sport.Physical fitness is not paramount but it is a sport that requires mental discipline and concentration.
